Preferred Employer Program
As the employee of a specific company or organization such as a hospital,
school, fire department, military, or police department,
you may be entitled to an additional discount, coupon, or other
offer* if you choose an Eagle community as your new home
. Simply state your employer when completing the guest card with the
Leasing Specialist and they will give you the specifics of the Preferred
Employer Program for your new community.
* Offer may not be available based on community, or additional specials
being offered by the specific community. Please contact the leasing office
of your choice and ask them about their specific Preferred Employer Offer.
Corporate Accommodations
We want you to be comfortable in our communities and will do everything
commercially feasible to satisfy your needs. We partnered with the best in
corporate accommodations to help you find exactly what you are looking for.
We can offer apartments that come fully furnished with dishes, towels and beds
ready for immediate move-in. We can structure leases that include all utilities,
including electric, gas, cable and internet! Whether you need accommodations for
yourself or for an entire corporation, Eagle can offer you a more affordable and
comfortable stay at one of our communities. Contact the apartment community of
your choice and ask them about corporate accommodations that will best meet
your needs.
Eagle Management Resident Services
We offer many services electronically that may considerably
improve your living environment:
Service Requests
While we certainly hope you will never need to, you can submit service
requests online for our maintenance team when it is convenient for you.
We close all maintenance orders within 24 hours of receipt (with a rare
exception if the needed part is out of stock).
Pay Rent via Credit Card or Online
Should you happen to be out of town on the rent due date, or if you have
other things to worry about other than rent payment, and would like to automate
the process, we at Eagle Management are here to make your life easier! We accept
credit card payments (transaction credit card processing fees apply). You
can also set up an automatic debit and have your rent paid automatically by
the rent due date!
Resident Insurance
Unexpected events happen and can be emotionally and financially
debilitating and stressful. Fire, natural disaster, theft, or negligence
can result in chaos, particularly if essential items are suddenly unavailable.
In order to assist residents and provide them with as much peace of mind as
possible, Eagle Management partnered with insurance providers to offer you
renters insurance. Please contact the individual property management office
for specific information.
Resident Activities
Resident Activities- Whether it's the summer pool party,
bowling outing, or an open house for the holidays, many Eagle
Management communities offer multiple opportunities for you to
meet your neighbors, and have fun at the property. Please consult
individual property for their list of resident activities.
Flexible Lease Terms
Not sure how long you need an apartment for? May be a 3 months trial? Or,
on a short term assignment for only 7 months, but want the conveniences of
one of our communities?
Eagle Management recognizes that every customer may have a different
circumstance, desire or need, and we are prepared to offer you a flexible
lease term that best fits your needs. No matter what term of lease you are
looking for chances are the Eagle Management community you select will be able
